Mô tả công việc
- In charge of all Human Resource.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Responsible for training follow the request of departments.
- Administrate health and welfare plans (including enrollments), changes and terminations.
- Perform required documentation through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
- Elaborate audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Human Resources, Engineering or Business Administration.
- 4+ year experience in HR role.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
- High teamwork ability.
- High knowledge of laws according to health, safety and environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- 4+ year experience in HR role.
