HR Manager – Working Location: At VSIP Quảng Ngãi

• COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
- Manage Employees’ monthly attendance record. Maintain Employee data, Employee Profiles to ensure that all data are updated accurately and on time.
- Monitor all kinds of Leave of Employees
- Prepare and calculate compulsory insurance and union fee.
- Conduct proper and timely reporting systems/ procedures with Social & Health Insurance, Labor and Immigration Department for all Employees.
- Prepare Labor Contract, renewal, promotion, disciplinary etc...
• RECRUITMENT
- Develop and maintain a up-to-date and resourceful database for job applicants to support the operational needs of current and new projects.
- Follow up probation / performance evaluation for new / renew labor contract.
- Follow up resignation/ contract termination procedures.
• EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Manage absence, disciplinary, greivances, sickness, etc..
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Help to implement the training and development agenda.
- Deal with complex disciplinary / greivances and HR issues, using HR and Company policy to handle.
• Other office tasks as required by the Company.

Report to: Director

• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR field.
• Computer literate. Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to details and meticulous.
• Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent.
• Understanding of labour law, regulations on social & health insurances, and labour issues at work.
