HR Manager – Working At Binh Duong Factory

Job Description
• Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy through positive and professional mediation.
• Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
• Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
• Administer payroll and payroll records.
• Support the recruitment process
• Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Advising the Board of Directors to build up the organizational structure of the company

Job Requirement
• Proven HR general experience of three to five years is expected. Experience in garment, textile is a plus.
• Good organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
• HR managers should be proactive team players with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
• An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
• Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
