Department : HR Department – Mondelez KinhDo Vietnam
Reporting to : HRM, Mondelēz Supply Chain Vietnam
Based location : VSIP 1, Binh Duong
A / General job scope:
The role will partner with Plant Manager to ensure the implementation of all HR priorities. The role will also be accountable to Employee Relations.
Enable transformation roadmap at the plant, participate in creating transformation roadmap and facilitate the changes.
B / Main responsibilities:
Align HR strategy, structure and capability to deliver best practice HR Business Partnering & solutions to support business strategy/goals and drive business results
Drive organization changes including capability development, productivity enhancement and culture shift to meet or exceed business targets
Ensure leadership (function or area) is attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining the right talent in the right roles in a consistent manner to meet our current and future succession needs
Build talent pipeline for today and future needs
Partner and mobilize with his/her function to drive the deployment of HR professionalism in his/her function including talent management and performance management
Together with Talent Acquisition to attract, select the best fit talent for the new standard and also retain those new talents
Manage headcount planning and employment cost
Partner with Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure best employment service for employees including but not limited to training, pay, administration & facilities.
Lead HPWS in Factory (High Performance Work System)
Drive Factory management to build and implement the engagement agenda
Lead HR Operation agenda to ensure production capacity, highest labor productivity level, operational compliance to the local law (working time, rest time, overtime, payment…) as well as MDLZ regulations, safe and healthy workplace
Participate in achieving business and HR strategy
Monitor HR KPIs
Participate in common HR projects
Organize and Develop team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience MNCs FMCG environment. At least 2-3 years in HR partnering role at plant.
Deep understanding of organizational and individual development
Strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Advanced communication & presentation skills
