Mô tả công việc
1. Effective Basics
- Be responsible for L9- recruitment at assigned location including managing outsourced labor service.
- Ensure execution of staffing policies and processes in full compliance to company and legal standard
- Build plan and coordinate Employer branding activities to ensure execution with high attraction. Build network by developing and maintaining long-term relationship with prestigious targeted universities and relevant establishments.
- Coordinate & recruit for young talent programs
- Monthly track & update recruitment status.
- Follow up induction/ onboarding for new hire to support new employee engagement
- Provide support for the establishment of a robust external sourcing strategy to optimize quality of hiring activities
2. Frontline Champion
- Provide support/ assistance to HRBPs and line manager to take ownership of their respective staffing decisions through the effective implementation of provided tools
- Keep close contact with hiring managers on progress of search and perform necessary collaboration
- Ensure policies, practices and processes are properly executed and in full compliance to both local and company standard.
3. Change Leadership
- Provide support in managing staffing processes and keep enhancing ways to staff and staffing tools by contributing creative ideas and benchmark company practices.
- Be able to communicate context and rationale for all staffing practices.
4. Strategic HR Management
- Provide value-added inputs to annual staffing plan and executional agenda
- Be responsible of designing and executing communication for internal employees and external candidates
- Implement & update Induction/Orientation program
- Initiative to promote TA flatform such as company Linkedin, FB fan page, company webpage and other hiring channels.

Qualifications
At least 5 years related working experiences (Recruitment, Marketing & Employer Branding)
Good identification of candidates with the right fit through knowledge of behavioral based interviewing
Have experience in designing and executing communication plan
Good understanding about business overview
Good at networking, negotiation, communication, presentation and influencing skill
Good customer service and results orientation
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
