- Assist Senior HR Manager in all day-to-day HR issues and Employee Relations of Hwaseung Vina
- Manage/Support HR staff in day-to-day activities.
- Provide coaching/training for their long term career development.
- Standardise and Implement Work Performance Management company-wide.
- Implement Talent Management and Sucession Plan Project.
- Support in external affairs related matters.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with local law/customers' employment standards in HR related matters
- Manage/Support HR staff in day-to-day activities.

- Education : Bachelor
- Job Experience : More 4 years about HR management
- Living in Rach Gia and being able to work in Rach Gia
- Skill & Knowledge
+ Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
+ Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
+ Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
+ A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
+ Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
+ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
