Responsibilities
· Maintain effective business partnership to support the local Management team
· Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, compensation and benefits administration, employee welfare and employee
development
· Establish local HR policies and practices consistently across all entities and ensure adoption and implementation of HR best practices in line with labour regulations
· Drive HR operational efficiencies; process improvements and ensure accurate prompt delivery of all operational HR services
· Participate in market remuneration surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure competitive employee compensation including variable payment
· Work closely with the Singapore team to align and adhere to group processes
· Handle full payroll function for different entities
· Timely submission of all monthly HR reporting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· University degree qualification with at least 5 years of solid HR experience
· Preferably with relevant experience starting up a new team to support the business or has experience in automotive related industry
· Well versed in local labour legislation
· Willing to be hands-on and operationally involved
· Able to prioritise and multi-task, and work with extremely tight timelines
· Sharp-minded with good attention to detail
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Good command of English language
· Able to travel across different cities in Vietnam when required
