Mô tả công việc

1. Plan, supervise & consult to Board of Management (BOM) on strategic HR recruitment & development program, training program, compensation, benefits & labor relations.
2. Take leadership role in developing company’s culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to company’s objectives. Corporate with Trade Union to support employees for understanding more about policies & culture of the company
3. Plan, design, develop & evaluate human resources related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
4. Plan & develop policies for promotion or replacement to have better service for business and production strategy of the company
5. Plan & oversee HR department’s budget
6. In charge of Salary calculation and others payroll activities since January 2016.
7. Build plans & regulations for salary, bonus and incentives to stimulate employees to work and make the regimes for workers. HR Manager can discuss & corporate with Trade Union representative to deal with workers’ demands & have suitable & wisdom solutions.
8. Propose & build the organizational structure as well as the system of company regulations, procedures, policies, benefit plans, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment program, safety of workforce & other human resource issues, then supervise the observance of employees & report to BOM.
9. Evaluate effectiveness through compiling & analyzing data (KPI for staffs), typically prepare & distribute various reports on
HR metrics to ensure needs are met.
10. Plan & build regulations for the use of company’s property & equipment.
11. Reduce risk to be another important aspect of the HR manager’s role. Ensuring compliance with Vietnam laws and industry regulations is vital to the continued success and profitability of the company, as is advising department managers on legal implication of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances.
12. Support Departments in the management of personnel and to be a bridge between TOM/BOD and employees/workers in the
company.
13. Use KPI as tool to obtain cooperate objectives, targets & disciplines among all staffs.
14. Maintain discipline and management standards for all departments and employees. In other words, HR Manager needs to be impartial when handling issues. When staff has done well, it should be recorded and when staff has made mistakes, it should be recorded as well. Therefore, the key would be the discipline in her works.
15. Need to report to BOM and HQ promptly if there are any issues on staff violations or any issues that can go against Company
interests.
16. Work with department heads to work with their subordinates on multi-tasking and sharing of responsibilities to increase productivity.
17. Advise the BOM on administrative work of the company.
18. Handle the problem & proposal all of Administration activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University graduation related field
- Knowledge of Human resources Management
- At least 5 years exp. in the same post
- Good comment in English (4 skills)
- Good at communication,
- Planning and management skills
- Able to approach the others, patient, dedicating to job
