1. Be responsible for recruitment; development; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; staff relation to ensure the organization’s current and future HR requirements are met.
2. Set Performance evaluation system
3. Be responsible for planning & implementation of all company events and staff welfare activities to promote professional & good working environment for employees such as team building, year-end party, periodic health check, Employee Award
4. Build the training process and create the training strategies
5. Other tasks as assigned by COO

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree
2. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
3. Have at least 5 years working experience in Human resources management
4. Good at management & communication skill
5. Work location: Dong Nam IP, Cu Chi, HCMC.
6. Report to: COO
