You will work with Symphony Creative Solutions . Pte. Work Location: 7th Floor, Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Recruitment: (60%)
- Develop & execute recruit plan, staff training involving job description, fill open position, determine effective & efficient method on interview, evaluation, survey
- Improve and improve the performance appraisal process;
Internal Development: (40%)
- Developing and implementing the activities and programs to improve staff's performance and workplace environment
- Responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring and updating a flexible reward system for employees, ensuring that it is competitive with comparable company.
- Supervise, review and implement strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with Vietnamese laws and ensure good implementation;
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
- Give advice about the law to Directors in circumstance cases;
- Working directly with local authorities regarding to job’s request;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 5 years working in recruitment in IT industry with a wide network of passive candidates and at least 03 years experience working at the same position
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in planning and develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments.
- Good management skills, and high sense of responsibility, positive work attitude.
- Excellent human problem solving skills
- Ability to develop relations with people
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, interpersonal and presentation.
- Good knowledge of Labour Law
