Mô tả công việc
REPORT TO: Operations Plant manager & Regional HR manager
DETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for local HR performance:
a. Responsible for the implementation of all processes and procedures regarding Human Resource Management
b. Responsible for a continuous improvement of all processes and procedures concerning Human Resource Management
c. Responsible for HR reporting to Group
d. Responsible for all labor contracts
e. Responsible for payroll administration and processing
f. Responsible for filing leave applications and remaining days off for all employees
g. Responsible for continuous updating of the of medical/health screening for all employees
h. Responsible for the application process when searching for / hiring new employees
i. Responsible for training and development of staff
j. Responsible for proactively advising the management team on all issues regarding human resource management
k. Responsible to maintain culture and work environment as specified in the company regulation
l. Execute the global HR strategy at the location and comply with global guidelines and standard processes
m. Support and consult regional HR management team on overall topics and framework
n. Respond to specific local requirements and define/implement/monitor local solutions within the global framework
2. Execute global and regional HR strategy at a location and add a local strategy within this framework
3. Implement local specifics within the given global frame
4. Play a role as the Business Partner for local management:
a. Being at the table: participating in stakeholder meetings
b. Building a strong relationship with stakeholders, networking
c. Understanding the business and observe HR-relevant issues
d. Acting as an advisor for individual, team and organizational issues, from H2R
e. Pro-active proposal and initiation of HR-activities
f. Explaining and ensuring application of standards (optionally together with Experts)
g. Project lead
h. Explain HR relevant processes, standards, guidelines and products

- Education Bachelor degree in HR, Business, Administration, Psychology, Labor Law
- 3-5 years Work experience in the defined role Knowledge & expertise
- Good HR legal knowledge
- Good Consulting & Coaching skill

- Good Project management skill
- Good Process Management skill
- Good Leadership
