Mô tả công việc
Organize and manage the whole activities about human resources management in order to attract, keep and maximize the team’s capacity, fit the production and business strategies of the company.
- Organizational development.
• Develop human resources development strategy in accordance with company strategy.
• Propose and advise leaders and the functions of organizational structure, functions and tasks, job description so that they can be in accordance with the company’s model.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of human resources
- Performance evaluation:
• Develop processes and methods to evaluate work efficiency to improve effectiveness and efficiency for organizations, recognize the contributions of all members to gain attraction and retain talents.
• Coordinate with related departments to monitor KPI system to ensure all KPIs controlled and measured.
• Policy administration.
• Develop and manage human resources data.
- Recruitment: Control the quality of recruitment activities and Take part in the recruitment evaluation from the manager of the department.
- Training and development: Organize and improve training and develop career development roadmap.
- Compensation and benefits:
• Collect and analyze information about labor market and salary market
• Build up the system of salary, bonus and appropriate benefits to attract talents and maintain the quality of human resources
• Implement policies in accordance with law.
• Manage the budget of salary, bonus, benefit effectively.
- Labor relations: Set up information channels and consulting labor service for workers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male or Female.
- Good command of English for fluent communication.
- Having at least 08 years of working experience in the same or similar position. Working experience in multinational company will be a plus.
- Having high sense of integrity and sound management. Be objective in decision making and be able to explain the rationale with transparency.
- ABILITY TO TRAIN AND DEVELOP PEOLPE.
- Good management and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of Vietnam Labor laws and Labor market.
- Good knowledge of general administration.
- Good command of English for fluent communication.
- Having at least 08 years of working experience in the same or similar position. Working experience in multinational company will be a plus.
