JOB SCOPE
Monitoring and implementing HR policies and practices to ensure that they are in line with the Company guidelines, local and regional compliance..
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Admin Activities
- Control C&B part (salary / SI / bonus);
- Labor & social insurance registration, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports accordingly;
- Take care of Personal Accident and Health Insurance;
- Human Management procedures;
- Developing and implement HR strategy planning, training, policies, internal regulations, ;
- Maintaining & ensuring HR policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations;
- HRM in maintain & build up the culture, image and environment of company;
- Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services;
- Assist in recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions;
- Set-up, guide and control the staff performance assessment program (KPI);
- Control the process of personnel transactions from on-boarding to termination;
- Maintain & update employees' records-insurance coverage, labor contract and the other personnel documents;
- Solve problems about labor relation and disciplines;
- PIT report monthly, quarterly and PIT Finalization;
- Preparation for annual budgets and control cost within the budget approved;
- Be responsible to BOD of monthly, quarterly, yearly reports which in relevant to HR & Admin Department;
- Celebrate the year-end party, outdoor & snack party…..
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work

- Smart and professional appearance at relevant role from time to time.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedules.
REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
