JOB INFORMATION
We are looking for an group HR Manager to maintain and enhances our human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
1. Recruitment
• Manage all open positions of the group, freelancers, candidate pools to recruit the profiles needed
• Build up and update jobs descriptions and staff records
• In charge of CVs selection, contact candidates, schedule and interview organization, take part in the interviews
• Develop recruitment and training process, procedures and policies for our group
• Conduct the on-boarding process for newcomers
2. C&B
• Control the monthly payroll, social insurance declaration of our group and liaise with our admin team for monthly declaration and finalization
• Prepare contracts for the employees and freelancers
• Conduct the annual performance review and propose the salary raise case by case
• Follow-up the salary review for the employee according to the company policy
• Ensure the annual leaves of employees are managed and recorded
• Make sure the employees are entitled the healthcare and personal accident according to the company policy
• Liaise with the hospital to conduct the annual health check-up for all employees
• Develop and maintain a personnel filing system and staff database in both soft and hard copies to ensure the availability and confidentiality
• Conduct the annual employee satisfaction survey
• Benchmark salary market to update the salary scale is competitive
3. Employee Relation
• Organize the company events, activities (birthday celebration, year-end party, charity activity...)
• Deal with disciplinary/grievance and HR issues in compliance with the company regulation and policy
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law

JOB REQUIREMENTS
General:
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of international (with a focus on Singapore, Vietnam and China) labor laws, PIT, social insurance law
• Good in writing and drafting documents such as contracts, agreements
Required skills:
• Education bachelor degree or higher in a related field
• Fluent in English (bilingual in French / Vietnamese is a plus)
• Experience 5-8 years of experience working in HR in an international environment.
• Previous experience in IT and/or advertising and communication is preferred
• Proactive and enjoy taking initiatives
Desired profile:
• Strong leadership and resilient personality
• Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to both expats and Vietnamese citizens
