Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions. Creating and re-design job description.
• Manage the recruitment and selection processes.
• Support current and future business demand through the development, engagement, motivation and presentation of human capital.
• Talent team development on the strategic projects
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) system.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity.
• Update and analysis to solve real-world issues.
• Creating comprehensive benefits packages and measure their success.
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Developing, revising the company’s handbook and procedures.
• Developing, revising, recommending personal policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Years of experience: Over 8 years
• Knowledge of HR system and databases
• Knowledge of SHRM(Strategic Human Resource Management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
• Competence to build and effectively manage the interpersonal relationship.
• In-depth knowledge of Viet Nam labour and HR best practices
• Outstanding speaking and writing skill
• The ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, negotiation, teamwork, discipline, integrity, patient, positive attitude, love people, respect, action and very good communication.
• Talent management experiences.
• Experience in Architecture/ Consulting or Engineering industry is strongly prefered.
• Must have strong recent experience in the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits philosophy method and programmes.
• Demonstrated skill in the development and implementation of effective training programs, including the ability to lead and train group.
• Serve as a strategic partner in driving HR and talent solutions across the organization.
• Coach and manage on talent strategy
• Competence to apply NLP
• In-depth knowledge of NLP is prefered
• To guide and improve talent strategy, performance reviews, retention wellness and other programs
• Team with legal counsel, risk management safety, accounting, finance and other stakeholders on various HR issues programme initiatives.
• At least 8 years of HR management experience.
• Bachelor of Science/Arts in HR management, Master of Science/Art in HR is strong prefered.
• Bachelor of Business Administration BBA with a concentration in one of the following (Master of Administration is strongly preferred)
• Human Resource
• Organization Behaviour.
• Management and leadership
• Labour relations
• Industrial relations.
• Excellent computer skill with working knowledge and proficient in HRIS systems, MS office programs including Word, Exel, Powerpoint, Access, and photoshop.
• Proficient in English communication (Speaking/listening/writing)
• Knowledge of HR system and databases

The Junior Master Planner - Urban Designer will work in conjunction with the ATA Architects Senior Master Planner to develop a “Best-in-class” Master Planning that offers to provide specific innovation creativity skills. This role would suit an ambitious Urban Designer professional with a strong track record of running significant projects from inception to completion as a Project Urban Designer who wishes to be involved in a range of interesting and challenging projects and further develops his/her design and project management skills. Therefore, you will have strong teamwork skills, client awareness and a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of business which will be comprehensively applied to the field of Urban Design. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop into a Senior Master Planer or/and a leading management role as the business grows. Kiến trúc sư quy hoạch - thiết kế đô thị sẽ làm việc cùng với Nhóm Kiến Trúc Sư chủ trì tại ATA Architects để triển khai các dự án Quy Hoạch Tổng Thể mang tầm vóc quốc tế thông qua việc ứng dụng các kĩ năng sáng tạo và kinh nghiệm của ứng viên. Vị trí này đặc biệt phù hợp với các Kiến Trúc Sư Thiết Kế Đô Thị có nhiều tham vọng phát triển sự nghiệp và kinh nghiệm làm việc nhóm trong các dự án trọng điểm từ quá trình hình thành ý tưởng cho đến thi công.
