HR Manager

Human Resources Manager is the person responsible for building, managing and monitoring all activities related to HR functions. This is in accordance to statutory requirements and company standards to provide effective HR services and create a harmonious and conductive working environment; develop new policies and procedures to help improve performance and raise staff capabilities.
This is a full-time position located at our factory in Ho Chi Minh City.
Work place: E4/52 Quốc Lộ 1A, Bình Trị Đông B, Bình Tân.
In aligned with business strategy, the job-holder will be responsible for establishing HR management & organization strategy, implementing and reviewing initiatives and ensuring operational excellence, including as follows:
• Set up HR annual strategy and mid-term strategy.
• Manage all spectrum of HR operation such as, recruitment, learning & development, performance management, payroll, etc., with HR department members, monitor and report to related stakeholders.
• Work with management and trade union, support and advise them.
• Monitor and enhance employee engagement by organizational development initiatives
• Lead change management of HR projects and improvement activities.
• Train and develop HR department members and enhance presence by providing value to business outcome.
• Other duties as assigned.

• University Graduate;
• Fluent English proficiency;
• Firm knowledge of labor code and related regulations
• At least 5-year experiences in at HR management in manufacturing field
• Willingness to hands-on management
• People management skills
• Ability to build good relationships internally and externally
• Outstanding communication skill and motivating, coaching, leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability and facilitating skill
• Excellent logical thinking, organization and problem solving
