- Planning and maintaining Human Resources, stabilizing Human Resources, to serve the business of Hotel and Restaurant.
- Responsible for the salary, social insurance
- Responsible AL, PH, OIL
- Developing policies HR, evaluating, appointing, disciplining, welfare, rewarding in accordance with Company policies and regulations.
- Draft, notice, decision, administrative documents according to the actual situation at the hotel
- Document management, labor contract Full time, Part-time
- Policy management Recruitment, Recruitment budget
- Interview scheduling, staffing services, full time, Partime
- Skills to recruit high-rank positions: GM, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor.
- Skills Hunting, seeking high positions in the F&B industry, confidential relations
- Set up with the Head Hunter service.
- Management of food safety and hygiene
- Fire Prevention Management, Labor Reporting, Natural Resources and Environment,
- Lip Reports schools, waste treatment, reception of competent inspection delegations.
- Model proposal, recruitment management according to the process for the company
- Strategic plan for personnel stabilization, risk assessment of personnel changes
- Advise the Board on issues, personnel changes, budgets
- Research and maintain source channels, personnel services, full time,

- Plan, actively propose solutions with management to limit the risk of having a strong advocate for Sphinx at the Branch
- Take the initiative to learn the mind, listen to the aspirations of employees.
- Coordinate with Head of recruitment planning based on business plans,
- Responsible for reporting personnel fluctuations, recruitment plans, weeks, months, year quarter.
- Attendance, salary calculation
- Responsible for the accuracy of the daily payroll calculation on the part soft.
- Resolving queries of employees in the Company on related issues
- Salary, bonus, allowance, annual leave.
- Perform calculation of salary, bonus, violation records, minus
- Salary, except personal allowance, personal income tax, family deduction.
