Mô tả công việc
In this role, you will actively contribute to the preparation and launch of our operations, in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring people attraction, engagement and retention. You will be a key ambassador of LEROY MERLIN Vietnam, and will work closely with our CEO and the leadership team.
● Understanding business strategies and organization challenges to build an integrated HR plan to support business through HR core activities and operations
● Managing the full spectrum of function including recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, compensation & and benefits administration, employee welfare and employee development
● Identifying and recruiting talents to join our fast-growing team ; developing innovative recruiting sources
● Establishing and updating Job Description to ensure understanding of requirement of all positions within the company
● Establishing local policies and practices consistently and ensure implementation of best practices in line with labour regulations as well as adherence in all departments

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Bachelor degree in Human Resources with at least 5 years of solid experience
● Well versed in local labor legislation
● Entrepreneurial spirit : agility, creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
● Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
● Willing to be hands-on and operationally involved
● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & project management skills
● Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
● Would be considered as key advantages :
○ Experience in a marketplace or a platform business
○ Experience in setting up new brands in Vietnam
○ Experience serving inhabitants to build and improve their homes
