Mô tả công việc
● Human Resources Policy: formulate and implement HR policy and system for the organization consistent with the Corporate policies, competitive with market practice and compliance with local municipal and state labour regulations. Keep track with changes in our corporate policies, market practice and labour regulation. Advise the Management of the changes and revise the HR policy when necessary.
● Documentation: preparation of employment contracts and agreement, employee handbook, safety handbook and other HR documents for the organization. Regularly revise the documents.
● Organization and Leadership Development: work on organizational and manpower development plan to support high growth and dynamic business. Provide focus on leadership talent development and succession planning.
● Employee Engagement: Influence the Engagement level in organization. Develop Engagement Plan and Implementation that could include activities designed to build these relationships.
● Recruitment and Selection: responsible for recruiting calibre candidates to support the organization’s staffing plan and growth agenda.
● Compensation and Benefits: develop and implement cost effective compensation and benefits policies based on Corporate policy and market practices; collect and update market data through C&B surveys or other valid resources to make sure the organization’s practice is competitive. Make recommendation to Management and revise the internal practices if required.
● Training and Development: develop and implement training, learning and education process such as orientation programs, safety and health training, language and computer training, generic and management training in order to sustain the continued organization/business growth.
● Internal Communications: facilitate vertical and horizontal communication within the organization. Ensure effective communication throughout the organization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
● Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Human Resource function.
● Exposure to international management methodology and leadership style
