Build up and enhance a positive working environment, maintain professional and adequate communication with employees and prevent social conflicts.
Drive the engagement program and foster the employee relationship through company activities and programs, make the company ground rules and values be applied in daily practices.
Be contact person for employees regarding company regulation, counselling for problems related to working environment or personal issues.
Advise managers to demonstrate the desired behaviors and drive sustainable high performance and growth culture for the team.
Partner with department heads to identify and develop the appropriate learning & development opportunities for improved performance and career growth.
Be responsible for all kinds of reports to government authority.
Lead recruitment practices and procedures to meet the internal demands and retain an effective workforce, ensure the recruitment needs to be met.
Drive the cooperation with the university/ school in order to ensure the resources demands.
Plan, review and implement employment plan, headcount budget and control labor cost within approved budget.
Conduct Exit interview, analyze data of employees’ separation, to determine main reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion/ action to management.
Develop, implement and maintain all HR Admin procedures and processes in line with corporate business and Vietnamese Regulations.
Develop and implement compensation and benefit structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan.
Ensure the monthly payroll compliant and right information, make the relevant reports for government.
Deal with the labor union and explain the company rules and situation to the employees and persuade their working contents.
Provide the consultancy to the management board on HR regulations and changes to regulations affecting the company.
For this position, you will report to Head of HR Admin.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration. Good English is a must.
At least 05 years of experience in the same position.
Highly skill in Microsoft Office: Word, excel and Power point
Deep knowledge on labor law and Government regulations.
Good management, communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution.
Self-motivation, initiative, team spirit and strong leadership.
At least 05 years of experience in the same position.
