<What you will get to do>
- Execute and planning recruit plan, staff training involving job description, fill open position, determine effective & efficient method on interview, evaluation, survey.
- Develop the activities and programs to improve staff's performance and workplace environment
- Responsibility for implementing, monitoring and updating a flexible reward system for employees, ensuring that it is competitive with comparable company.
- Reviewing, recommending, establishing strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Regulations, performance evaluation system & Guidelines in compliance with Vietnamese laws and ensure good implementation;
- Support Onboarding Process effectiveness, work with HR staff to improve the process to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
- Give advice about the law to Directors in circumstance cases;
- Working directly with local authorities regarding to job’s request;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 05 years in HR field and 03 years experience working at the same position in international company.
- Full working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, presentation, facilitation), experience with creating and delivering presentations to management .
- Energetic and resilient with proven influencing skills, be able to understand and meet the needs of management team.
- Friendly personality for all generations and genders.
- Proficient in daily English communication with foreigners.

- Experience to build performance evaluation system in previous company
- Knowledge about software development process
- Experience to recruit talent / organize the activities to attract talents
- IT company experience especially start ups
