Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's strategy and local regulations.
Prepare yearly HR budgets
Manage the recruitment and selection process (JD building, recruitment strategies,...)
Build the training process and create the training strategies
Payroll and benefit management
Set Performance evaluation system
Employee Relation Management
Ensure HR activity meets and integrates with organizational requirements for quality, legal and ethical stipulations
Manage team members.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University degrees on relevant fields
Age under 35
At least 4 years experienced in HR (company scope's over 100 employees)
Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam compensation and benefit landscape
Good English communication. Good Japanese is a plus
Good team management skill
Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
