HR Manager

- Working location: Lot D_4Q_CN, My Phuoc 3 IP, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province
- Calculate monthly payroll and salary payment for both local employees and expats
- In charge of PIT calculation, declaration for both local employees and expats
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Gives advice to the Board of management about Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with labor law
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures
- Administers benefits programs such as accident insurance, leave, resignation…
- Investigates accidents, prepares reports for government and insurance company, conducts safety training course every year
- Conducts salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Prepares forecast, budget of human resources operations
- Prepares employee resignation decision and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Handles work permit for expats
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
The position will report directly to the Vietnam General Manager, Asia Manufacturing Director and HR Global Director.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resource management, Law, Administration plus 5 or more years of Human Resource management experience; with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role
- Management experience required
- Advanced MS Office, especially Ms Excell
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ability to influence organization thru analysis and decision support
- Role Model Leader, ability to motivate a team and work in a matrix environment
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnam
- Strong people management and relationship building skills
