Mô tả công việc
* Build up and develop the Human Resources Department to contribute to the company's development
* Handle overall HR & GA function under Vietnam Labour Laws such as Recruitment, Employment, Training, Employee relationship, Compensation Welfare & Benefits and all administration jobs
* Manage the recruitment process while asking for the consultancy from external sources
* Manage the preparation for all the data and materials necessary for external Payroll Accountants
* Control all the Admin tasks for employees
* Ensure the company compliance with the current HR laws and regulations
* Build and manage the personnel development system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Male, lower than 36 YO
* Bachelor Degree
* At least 5 years of working in HR function and 02 years' as management level
* Clearly understand the current HR laws and regulations in Vietnam
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Open-minded, sociable and highly responsible; Creative, persuasive and confident; Good communication & negotiation;
* Experienced in training, coaching
* Fluent in English (Toeic 800 Up)
* Bachelor Degree
* At least 5 years of working in HR function and 02 years' as management level
* Clearly understand the current HR laws and regulations in Vietnam
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Open-minded, sociable and highly responsible; Creative, persuasive and confident; Good communication & negotiation;
* Experienced in training, coaching
* Fluent in English (Toeic 800 Up)
