Mô tả công việc
• Responsibility:
1. Manager all HR related functions of Hanoi Branch: recruitment, training plan, C&B, etc
2. Responsible for Yearly Performance Appraisal, salary, promotion, bonus under Branch Director
3. Carry out HR process: discipline, promotion, Org – Chart update, and other HR transactions implementation
4. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demand, grievances and other issues
5. Promoting cooperate value and productive workplace and a positive working environment. And support other departments for human resource
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
7. Being responsible for proposal salary range to line manager for the recruited successful candidate
8. Prepare for Offer Letter & negotiate with the candidate during the hiring process
9. Take the initiatives in align HR strategy with overall North business strategy
10. Send requested data and report in time as a request by HRM Head Office
11. Manage ISO system of HRD
12. Continuous improvement Projects/Activities related to HR or follow a request by Branch Director and BODs
• Authority:
1. Request/remind the staffs to carry out the company regulation -> Conduct Discipline meeting
2. Advise Branch Director in North area on HR issues for all the relevant Division & Depts.
3. Sign on documents related to HR in the North area
4. Consider and approve expenses as purchasing policy/company regulation
5. Approve on annual leave and overtime for HR’s staff
• Benefit:
1. Working time: 8 AM – 4 PM, from Mon – Fri, 2 – 3 mornings Sat/month (8 AM – 11:45 AM), off 2 Sat
2. 12 days annual leave, 3 days summer leave, 2 – 8 days bonus leave
3. Bonus up to 5 months salary
4. Having opportunities for training in overseas (Japan and Singapore)

1. Graduated Bachelor Degree’s English/Administration/Law to up
2. Having 5-year experience in the same position (HR Superiors are welcome)
3. Fluency English with speaking/writing/listening/translating
4. Good knowledge of labor law, legal codes, government regulations
5. Good skills to persuade/ teach others
6. Competence to build and effectively manage the inter-personal relationship at all level of the company.
