Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement HR policies and regulations of the company;
- Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies
- Build up reasonable HR cost and closely monitor HR cost
- Ensure the best implementation of policies according to company regulations and current law
- Strong knowledge in labor law and all regulations related to labor, fire prevention, Health safety and Hygiene, fire prevention.
- Performs additional duties, projects and assignments as required;
- Have experience in solving labor disputes or discipline.
- Experience in social audit of buyers
- More detail will be discussed in the interview.
