Mô tả công việc
1- Administration
• Ensures that all operations/activities are in compliance with the legal requirements
• Updates him or herself with all recent government regulations and guidelines
• With HR manager to recruits, hires and introduces all new employees
• Supervises the compensation and benefits administration
• Supervises and control all auxiliary services in the company (security, hygiene, canteen, etc)
• Supervises the monthly salary, benefits, social security and taxes
• Arrange all paper work permit, visa, etc. for overseas hired employees.
2-Disciplines
• Updates and distributes the Company work regulations about rules and regulations
• Works closely with all managers and supervisors to ensure good relationships with subordinates
• Responsible to control health and safety compliances of the workforce
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors and staff to ensure consistency of application and execution of working disciplines practices and polices between all business units in the region.
4- Social
• Propose and organizes social activities when requested.
• Develops an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes improvement.
• Employee behavior development.
• Follows up the issues of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; Ensures that all employees understand the absent procedures in case of sickness or others
5- Evaluations
• Facilitate periodical evaluations of the workforce on discipline, motivation, and moral
• Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment and propose for the improvement
• Update constantly about salary policies in the region
• Set up preliminary tests for recruitment
6- Training
• Maintains catalogues and brochures for training purposes
• Provide training to auxiliary services (Security, canteen, hygiene, etc.) on company’s regulation for visitor, food safety, quality policy
• Proposes and organize seminars and workshops to improve social and technical skills.
• Organized training schedule for all training in the company.
6- Confidentiality
• Maintains strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the compensation, the benefits and the personnel data of the employees
7- Willing to do other administrative works when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate (administration / psychology)
• Proficient computer skills
• Profound understanding of North Vietnam culture
• Psychologically prepared to observe, counsel and influence employees/expat
• Skillfully coaching employees and expats to form a team
• Experience in workplace change is an advantage
• Good command of English (writing + speaking)
