HR Leader

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with our overall business strategy, leveraging best practices in employer branding, sourcing, screening, and assessment.
• Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting techniques, including social media campaigns, job fairs, referral programs, and other creative methods to attract top talent.
• Employer Branding: Initiate and execute the ideas for online and offline channels used for attracting internal (our staff) and external (our potential candidates) customers.
• Build/maintain and strengthen the relationship between WeGrow and universities, and associates.
• Human Resources Development: collaborate with the L&D team to foster a productive, positive, and collaborative company culture that supports business results and our core values and mission.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience with a good tracked record
• Experience/ability to transform business needs into recruitment needs, job descriptions, and corresponding recruitment criteria
• Preferred background: HR/Sales/Marketing related positions and/or outstanding students with leadership from top universities abroad or in Vietnam (FTU, DAV, NEU, HANU…).

• Income: Fixed salary of 12-15M + commission based on performance
