- You will be responsible for full spectrum of C&B & HR Operation activities inclusive of cross-checking & ensuring monthly payroll's accuracy & other payments for all staff, e.g. final payment, back pay commission
- Participate on job evaluation, job bench marking, salary structure review, or any other C&B related tasks or projects
- Managed all benefit administration e.g. , medical insurance, body check arrangement, leave management
- Conducted annual performance appraisal & salary review for management review
- Undertake and consolidate regular monthly reports and analysis timely and accurately
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B & HR Generalist area
- Experience in working with SAP (OM,PA,TM,PY) is a plus
- Hands-on experience in policies review, HR analytics & reporting, and operation process review is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
