Mô tả công việc
- TRAINING: Take care, follow up and implement training plan of the year (coordinate with DQM)
- COMMUNICATION: Support in preparing and issuing internal newsletter
- RECRUITMENT: posting job, searching CV, select CV, pre-interview via phone, arrange the interview. Liaise with Headhunters if required, using different channels to collect high level candidates
- Build good relationship between HR Dept. and employees/ leaders, employee engagement & communication, talent management
- Assistance in database System Follow up
- Take care of company events like: Seminar, Team building, Year End Party, ...
- Other tasks assigned by Director/ HR Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR field, Contruction
- Good Knowledge & skill recruitment / training, HR database.
