HR Junior Generalist

● Responsible on key HR initiatives in attracting, recruiting, onboarding, training and developing  talent for Parcel Perform; 
● Recruit and source all open assigned job requisitions in a timely manner with highly qualified  candidates. This includes ​reviewing job descriptions, posting to websites, screening, interviewing  and ​working with hiring managers to understand the skills and culture fit desired for each open  role; 
● Responsible for HR administration including but not limited to maintaining employee files, ​new  employee onboarding orientation and exit processes, administering personnel handbook and  issuing of employment contracts; 
● Represent Parcel Perform at network events, such as career fairs, with reputable educational  institutions; 
● Support monthly payroll and reimbursement processing;  
● Responsible for matters relating to working visas, income tax clearance; 
● Responsible to foster the awesome culture we have here at Parcel Perform; 
● Leading all management aspect of our office presence in Vietnam.
