Mô tả công việc
- Mainly being responsible for organizing training classes as per plan including logistics arrangement and procurement process.
- Manage training data and reporting timely as required.
- Manage course evaluation analysis & report as required.
- Support Talent Manager in Employer Branding campaign with external parties.
- Post job on selected channels.
- Support scanning & screening CVs for non-management level positions.
- Support arranging interview between potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Support resourcing team to carry out admin/logistics tasks regarding preparing contracts with agencies, raising PO to make payment to suppliers, following up invoices, etc.
- Arrange & store document in a structure way for future use (AC documents).
- Manage and update contract database and contract records.
- Support other administration when being asked.

- Fresh graduation with commitment to work in 6 months.
- Can-do attitude & detail oriented.
- Open-minded and hard working.
- Work well with guidance, but is also self-motivated.
- Spoken and written English must be of a good standard.
- Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees/executives.
- Proactive initiative and communication style.
- Ability to work independently and meet
