Key Responsibility:

This program is intended for a 6-month Internship in HR Department, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding job 9).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in recruitment process arrangement. That includes Talent sourcing, job postings, contracts and tools (social media, online web site, employee referral) and recruitment dynamic dashboards.
• Assists in Internship recruitment, report generating, contract arrangement and on-boarding program
• Assists in Employer Branding activities, SE Great People Ambassador program,including the Go Green In The City global competition, D&I, Well Being, One Voice survey, Social media and Internal Communication activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:

• Knowledge: HR in general, business in general, staffing, HR selection process and tools, Employer Branding, Employer Value Proposition, Employee Engagement, Social Recruitment, Basic Designing.

• Skills: English communication both reading and written, project management, analytical, planning and organizing, computer literacy and social media navigation, planning and organizing, behavioral-based interview, team work, attention-to-detail.

• Education:
o HR Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent Bachelor Degree as a minimum

• Other key considerations:
+ Work Full-time in 6-month period
+ Ability to meet deadlines
+ Proficient in English. TOEIC proficiency at 700 as a minimum
+ Detail-oriented. Resourceful and committed. Planning organizing skills.
+ Proficient in internet, MS applications, IT savvy
+ Excellent business ethics and integrity
