Job Purpose:
As on-site HR Generalist performing duties associated with all different functional HR reporting to the Regional HRD
Job Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
Closely cooperate and manage the relationship with the external compensation consulting company to make sure Salary paid out accuracy, Government Compulsory Report timely submitted
Be Responsible for the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
Manage different schemes of the variable remuneration (Sales incentive schemes for the Sales functions, performance bonus scheme for the other employees)
Participate in various compensation projects from Regional
Recruitment:
Implement recruitment plan to attract best candidates for Otis Vietnam Organization
Build up and maintain the relationship with headhunters & universities to enhance our recruiting network.
Employee Relations:
Consult managers and employees on government employment regulations, collective agreements, company benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures
Conduct the newly-hired survey to understand the adaptability of the newcomers in the new working environment; Also, will conduct the Exit Interview to understand the reasons for people leaving the organization.
Respond and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints from employee in professional manner.

Timely prepare and submit monthly HR reports to Regional and Local
Others:
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
