HR Generalist (Fashion Retail)

Xuan An Fashion & Lifestyle JSC. focuses on luxury brands for men including Kiton, Santoni, Camicissima and other highly recognized labels for women like Stuart Weitzman, Casadei, Lovisa, Missguided, Lovisa

Responsibilities:
** C&B (70%) : Be in charge of performing full spectrum of C&B duties include:
- Payroll calculation and management: calculating overtime, shift payments, incentive schemes and bonuses, maintaining payroll records. Ensure that the payroll is processed timely & accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments.
- Social & health & unemployment Insurance
- PIT declaration, PIT finalization & dependence registration
- Responsibility for all type of contracts related to employees
- Execute remuneration and bonus policies to ensure it is correct vs company policies, transparent & focus on objective criteria.
- Analyze and do directly reports relate C&B to Head of HR
- Manage and update employee master profile and save profile logically
- Other tasks is assigned by HRM

**Recruitment (30%): For back office only
- Advertise, source and select suitable candidates for internal and external posting.
- Responsible for posting & managing vacancies on the company social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and
- Organize and carry out interviews with and / or HR manager and head of departments.

***Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience at the same position
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, SHI, PIT and regulation relating to HR Field
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
- Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
- Excellent in Excel
- English: Upper intermediate to Advanced level
