Mô tả công việc
*** Vị trí tuyển cho dự án Đồng Nai WaterFront - Dự án liên doanh giữa Nam Long và Keppel Land Vietnam
I. OBJECTIVES: Implement HR Generalist for the company.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compensation & Benefits Management.
- Employee Communication & Relations.
- Recruitment process
III. Key Result Area (KRA)
- Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Implement and manage the Company's compensation and benefit as well as employee relations programs/policies/procedures.
- Responsible to work with relevant line managers and Director regarding some employee relations matters including but not necessarily limited to: employee grievances; performance management and improvement requirements; terminations; job change.
- Ensure that all human resource function meet relevant legal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, participating in the annual review of employment contracts and company policies, sending updates to HRM regarding regulatory and legislative changes in relation to all aspects of employment.
- Employee Communication & Relations: Attend to employee relation problems & find most adequate solutions to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
- Rewards: Implementing and maintaining the system of policies, procedures, regulations and processes related to salary, bonus and benefit.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager.
IV. RELATIONSHIPS

- Organizations and partners which have relations about work undertaken.
*** Internal Relationships:
- All of the company staffs
- All subsidiary and other related parties.

- Complete the tasks and functions of the Division and assigned tasks under Decisions / Reports of the regular meetings;
- Comply with regulations, operating procedures, job description of the Division;
- Ensure the compliance with provisions of the current legislation;
- Preserve the image of the company as the company’s representative when doing external relations

Strong Interpersonal & analysis skills
