- In charge of human resources: payroll, insurance, recruitment, training, valuation,...
- In chardministrative affairs: Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule.
- Prepare document to do work permit, visa, residence card ... for the expatriates.
- Purchase of equipment for office, stationery, etc...
- Take care daily catering vendor, canteen, cleaning issue.
- Contact to service company to implement and management of IT
- Do other related work as required.
- Report results of the work to HR-GA Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in relevant disciplines.
- A minimum 03 years of experience in HR-GA in manufacturing company.
- Good negotiation skill, excellent communication skills in English or Japanese.
- Excellent office and MS office skill.
- Accepting high pressure, diligence and attention to details .
