In charge of administrative affairs, human resources.
- Purchase of equipment for office, stationery, etc...
- Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule.
- Prepare document to do work permit, visa, residence card ... for the expatriates.
- Contact to repair malfunctioning equipment in the office and warehouse whenever getting request.
- Take care daily catering vendor, canteen, cleaning issue.
- Do other related work as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1-3 years’ experience as a HR - GA department
- Base: In Bac Ninh
- Language: English (4 skills)
- Hardworking, careful, good communication
- Proficiency in office computer...
- Resistant to pressure of work, may work overtime
- Start to work after Tet holiday (if possible)
