Mô tả công việc
1. Development of HR Department:
• Implement and develop HR policies and program
• Monitors administration to establish standards and procedures
• Identifies improvement and resolves any discrepancies
• Selects and monitors external recruitment vendors, payroll software vendors, insurers, travel agents and training institutes
• Participates in monthly Management meeting
• Involve in company audit’s matters
• Involve in budgeting for HR related costs
• Coordinate with lawyers for legal issues such as letter of demand and office registration matters
2. Training & Development:
• Implement employee training system that include training needs assessment
• Assists with the development of employees and monitors spending of corporate training budget
• Provide necessary support to Department Managers for course selection
• Manages Performance Management System and ensure submission of completed MBO by employees and superior on yearly basis
3. Employment:
• Implement Manpower Requirement procedures to recruit and hire candidates
• Manages recruitment process for management and executive level candidates
• Interview all candidates and recommend salary package for shortlisted candidates
4. Employee Relations:
• Formulates and recommends HR policies and objectives for the company with regard to employee relations
• Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale and motivation:
• Conducts inquiry when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
• Reviews, guides and recommends for employment terminations
5. Compensation & Benefit
• Assists with the monitoring of company wage and salary structure, pay policies
• Administer variable pay systems such as incentive payment, staff motivation payment scheme, bonuses and salary adjustment
• Oversee the overall payroll administration
• Analysis market survey to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain employee
• Recommends changes in benefits offered, targeting at employee satisfaction and retention
6. Legal
• Ensure company workforce standard is in accordance with the government laws and requirement
• Act as coordinating party for legal matters such as company registration issues and letter of demand
7. Organization Development
• Designs and conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Responsible for the company quarterly Newsletter
• Organize dinner & dance and summer party to promote bonding and team building

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University
• Be familiar in local employment laws and practices
• Proficient with payroll software and MS office
• Experience in administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR programs
• High level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
