HR - GA Executive

Responsibilities:
 Purchase of equipment for office, stationery, etc...
 Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule.
 Prepare document to do work permit, visa, residence card ... for the expatriates when requires.
 Contact to repair malfunctioning equipment in the office and warehouse whenever getting request.
 Registration of bank cards for staff employees, registration of personal income tax code whenever having request.
 Take care daily catering vendor, canteen, cleaning issue
 Monthly payment for vendors
 Do other related work as required.

Job Requirement:
 At least 1-3 years’ experience as a HR department
 Base: In Bac Ninh
 Languages: English
 Can start to work from middle of Nov 2019
 Hardworking, careful, good communication
 Proficiency in office computer...
 Resistant to pressure of work
