Mô tả công việc
- Ad contract/ payment
- Teachers' full documents management: CV/ degrees/ teaching credential/ transcript/ pp/ visa/ references/ criminal background check/ interview and/ or demo result/ employment form
- Update employee data to the system (excel & HRM)
- Manage teachers' VAS accounts
- Handle VCB/ tax forms/ Work permit memo & guidance
- Reference & qualifications check/ Payment (all teachers)
- Consolidate & proceed paperwork for recruitment cost & confirm on the actual cost
- Work permit/ visa
- Update the renewal Work Permit on HRM
- Propose for teachers' payment of Work Permit/ visa to be paid together with monthly salary
- Verification letters for all teachers
- Training contract for all Cam. Teachers/ Staff
- Work permit/ visa management (all legal documents for expat)
- Teachers' profiles (full documents/ data filing & - bank account/PIT code/returned contract)
- Support expat teachers/ staff in their relocation (landing visa/hotel booking/air ticket/housing agency/campus tour)
- Current teachers' children tuition discount or exemption
- Current teachers' VAS emails and group emails management
- Teachers' files for inspection
- Reports to DOLISA (Expat Teachers): 5/4 & 5/7 & 5/10 & 5/1
- Reports to Immigration Office
- Reports on Work Permit obtainment
- Reports on visa
- Reports on own action plan
