HR Executive/ Supervisor

o Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
o Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
o Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
o Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
o Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
o Monitor HR department’s budget
o Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
o Manage employees’ grievances
o Oversee daily operations of the HR department

o Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
o 5+ years management experience in HR
o Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
o Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
