HR Executive (Mức Lương Lên Đến 16 Triệu)

You will be joining the HR Department as an HR Executive (Recruitment) and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Recruitment
- Generating innovative ideas for recruitment campaigns and job adverts
- Managing recruitment channels (Website, headhunt, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Planing and arrange interviews, tests
- Processing professionally entrance procedure for new staff
- Carring out employee orientation

2. Employee relation
- Planing and implementing internal events
- In charge of company announcement and notice
- Administering exit procedure including resignation letter, handover checklist, termination agreement, final payment
- Answering inquiries from employees regarding the company's policy and HR procedure
- Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness, and high-performance

- Female, 23 ~ 28 years old
- Having experience of marketing
- University degree in Human Resources or related major
- At least 1 years of experience in recruitment, especially for IT industry
- Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- An innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
- A desire to learn and grow your skills and responsibilities as the company expands
- Knowledge of English language to a professional standard
