Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
1. To implement recruitment and talent acquisition plan for freelancer
- Implement recruitment activities following yearly plan/ request from departments
- Fulfill recruitment requests with enough quantity, quality, timely and cost saving
- Keep recruitment progress in control and recorded
- Develop banks of tests, interview questions, selection methods, candidate pools to increase recruitment quality
- Follow up with new staffs during service time and provide support if needed
- Analyze and propose methods to optimize recruitment activities
- Continuously improve recruitment procedures/ methods to meet market changes and talent acquisition trends
2. To implement C&B for freelancer:
- Coordinate with Department heads/Project Management team to communicate and provide consultations on C&B policies and regulations to all freelancers
- In charge of procedures for PIT registration & declaration for freelancer
- Implement insurance tasks if any
3. To implement other Freelance related tasks:
- Implement, collect and manage freelancer information database and their status
- Manage Offers, contracts, confidential agreements, decisions or legal documents related to freelancer
4. To implement Communication task:
- Maintain regular contact with freelancers and directly compose messages, policy memo and communicate to spread information about policy in Company to freelancer
- Cooperate with other member to search and increase effectiveness of freelancer communication channels
- To support in HR management
- Support other members about HR & Admin tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by Human Resource & Admin Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in HR field. Preferable working experience in mass recruitment or general HR
- Education: University of HRM, economics or English
- Professional knowledge: Labor Code, C&B practices, social insurance law, job law, talent acquisition, labor market.
- Languages: Good English skills & fluent in Vietnamese.
- Competencies:
• Good communication, negotiation and interviewing skills; Good sense of human
• Self-motivated with strong team skills, Hard working and good health
