HR Executive

• Handle monthly timesheet, record annual leave, overtime and day off in lieu
• Conduct and monitor works of SI/HI/UI, Health insurance, Accident insurance
• Calculate and make finalization of Personal Income Tax for all employees (register PIT code, Dependents)
• Manage and update employee database, handle Labor Contract
• Responsible for exit procedure including resignation letter, handover checklist, final payment for resigned employee
• Performance Management: initiate and administer mid year and year end performance appraisal
• Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Department, Tax Department and internal reports

• At least 1 year of experience as C&B Executieve or HR Generalist
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and mailing system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Honesty, integrity, carefulness
