Mô tả công việc
Main duties:
- Ensure the compliance with Labor Law and Customer Audit
- Overview, payroll calculation as: attendance check, over time, bonus... according to the Company policies.
- Register, communicate and maintain the tasks of the Labor Department requirements and payment of employees
- Manage and record the HR filling system.
- Develop and guide the HR policies and procedures
- Weekly and monthly reports when being ordered
- Other tasks when being in assigned by HR Manager
Working location: Hưng Yên

Requirements:
- More than 3 - 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Good knowledge on Labor law and regulations, related to Payroll and C&B policy,
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- Good communicate in English
- High teamwork spirit, ready to make change and under high pressure
- Friendly with much service-oriented attitude.
