Duties of the HR Executive include:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive who is interested in pursuing a career in human resource management, especially in Recruitment. Job holder will handle following tasks:
Recruitment 80%
• Contact potential candidates and arrange appointments for interviews.
• Generating innovative ideas for recruitment campaigns and job adverts
• Plan and arrange interviews, tests with the candidates
• Process professionally entrance procedure for new staffs
Employee Branding 20%
• Manage internal communications channels (Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook ads, email, banners, etc.)
• Assist HR team with other HR teamwork, internal events and projects.
• Other tasks will be assigned by HR Team
