Mô tả công việc
- Support for KPI evaluation
- Assist for compensation and benefit, recruitment and training activities
- Support for the implementation of compliance policies, regulations, code of conduct, … for employees.
- Support for training and recruitment procedure
- Prepare for staff to register their medical cards quarterly; distribute medical cards to staff on time.
- Perform any works being assigned by HRA Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree/ Certificate: University graduated with good grade and above, Specialty or certificate of human resources / labor management, finance or/and accountant…
- At least/from 1-year experience in the same HR executive position.
- Understanding of labor law, insurance, salary scale system…
- KPIs basic understanding
- Proficiency in using office computer software (Excel, Words, PPT presentation)
- Good comments and presentation in front of group/team
- English communication and written equivalent to score of TOEIC 700/990 or/and IELTS = 6.0/9.0 and above
- Organizing mindset, confident, diligent, careful and integrity
