Mô tả công việc

1. Development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and systems to meet legal entity
requirements in compliance with local legislation
2. Implementation of recruitment plans to meet current staffing needs and cooperate with line managers to plan manpower requirements in order to optimise headcount and skills sets
3. Delivery and maintenance of efficient personnel administration systems and procedures ( payroll, employee benefits) in compliance with local legislation to provide best-in-class services to all staff
4. Coordination and delivery of training programs and activities as identified with line managers to ensure that personnel is trained and developed to meet current and future job responsibilities
5. Maintenance of constructive labour relations with works councils to anticipate and/or address and other labour issues according to local legislation
6. Acquisition of up-to-date knowledge in national labour legislation to ensure compliance of company HR policies and practices with legal requirements
7. Counsel line managers in the interpretation of HR policies and procedures and employee relations activities to ensure proper application according to company rules and business standards
8. Participate in/or conduct salary and benefits surveys to ensure the legal entity/country salary and employee benefits programs and practices are competitive with market standards
9. Prepare regular reporting on headcount fluctuations, absenteeism rates, personnel training& development activities and make recommendations for improvement
10. Promotion of effective working relationships among employees at all levels within the organization by developing best-in-class work environment practices
11. Development and implementation of the legal entity/ country strategy and business plans to achieve the defined business objectives with the best staffing levels and skills and competencies
12. Projects related to Group HR and organizational development issues
13. General administration and other job assigned by Head of Department

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-University degree in HR Management or Related field
-Minimum 5 years experience in the position
-English communication is a must
-Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
-Active person, High Responsibility, Strong communication skills.
-Good relationship, Work hard, Good learner
