HR Executive

- Follow up probation period of staff, compose labor contracts and deliver to the staff for signing, follow up the expiry date and renewal of the labor contracts
- Coordinate with the staff to collect and provide information for the payroll outsourcing company to proceed SHUI and PIT registration according to the provided template
- Provide information for monthly payroll calculation for the payroll outsourcing company on time according to the provided template
- Check the payroll calculated and sent by the payroll outsourcing company, print-out and keep one hard copy
- Respond to the staff all the matters related to payroll, bonus and other compensation policies
- Assist in sending documents related to SHUI to Department of Social Insurance and informing to the the payroll outsourcing company for proceeding
- Find and recruit suitable candidates for company
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Work location: Bãi Bàng, QL1D, Sông Cầu, Phú Yên
Salary: Negotiable

- Have at least 1 year as recruiting position
- Bachelor Degree in HRM/Business Administration or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Good at MS Office skills especially Exel
- Result-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, careful, easy to adapt with fast speed an changes
